Brixmoon Technologies sells digital software products only. We do not sell or ship any physical goods. There is no physical delivery involved in any transaction on brixmoon.com.
2. Delivery Method
Upon successful payment, your license is delivered instantly through the following channels:
- On-screen: Your license key is displayed immediately on the checkout success screen
- Email: A welcome email containing your license key, login URL, and account details is sent to your registered email address within 5 minutes of payment confirmation
3. Delivery Timeframe
- Standard delivery: Instant (within 5 minutes of payment)
- Maximum delivery time: 24 hours (in case of payment processing delays)
If you do not receive your license key within 24 hours, contact us immediately at support@brixmoon.com.
4. Software Download
For downloadable desktop software (e.g. Tijarat Windows App):
- A download link is provided on the checkout success page immediately after payment
- The download link is also included in the welcome email
- Downloads are available 24/7 from our servers
- If the download link expires or fails, contact support for a fresh link
5. Access to Web Applications
For cloud/web-based products (e.g. Tijarat Web App):
- Access is granted immediately upon payment confirmation
- Log in at the product URL using your license key
- No installation required — works in any modern browser
6. Delivery Failures
If you do not receive your license key:
- Check your spam/junk folder for the welcome email
- Ensure the email address provided during checkout is correct
- Contact support@brixmoon.com with your payment transaction ID
7. No Physical Shipment
Brixmoon Technologies does not ship any physical items. If you receive any communication claiming to ship physical goods on our behalf, please report it to support@brixmoon.com immediately — it is not from us.
