- Device data: IP address, browser type, operating system (for Windows app: machine ID for license binding)
3. How We Use Your Data
- To create and manage your software license
- To send you your license key, account credentials, and receipts
- To send renewal reminders and important product updates
- To provide customer support
- To improve our products and services
- To comply with legal obligations (GST invoicing, etc.)
4. Data We Do Not Collect
- We do not store your credit/debit card numbers
- We do not sell your data to third parties
- We do not use your data for advertising on other platforms
5. Data Sharing

- Razorpay: Payment processing (their privacy policy applies)
- Email providers: To deliver your license and receipts
- Legal authorities: When required by law
6. Data Security
We use industry-standard measures including HTTPS encryption, hashed passwords, and access controls to protect your data. No system is 100% secure — in the event of a breach, we will notify affected users within 72 hours.
7. Data Retention
- Active account data is retained for the duration of your subscription
- After expiry, data is retained for 30 days before deletion
- Payment records are retained for 7 years as required by Indian tax law

- Request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements)
